Legalize don't Penalize

Found this amazing bong on Aqua Lab Technologies website, only the low cost of $4,000. Really a beautiful piece of art at this point, with intricate designs and patterns, I can only imagine the time and love put into this. I imagine smoking out of this would be a rare occasion, since cleaning it looks like a bitch, but I would feel like the most ulti-badass alive if I hit this every morning.

How pissed would you be if you spent $4,000 on a new smoking device, and it didn't hit very well? Would you return it, or keep it for looks?
